Hi Dave, I've always enjoyed your playing with Keith's Big Band at Tess'; but found your playing last night with Steve's sextet at the Whisperdome to sound even more souldful & engaging. As one who's been heavily into Jazz since starting college in 1959 and loves swinging, melodic pianists, it does my heart good to hear strong younger players like you who at times remind me of some of the artists like Horace Silver, Bobby Timmons, Barry Harris, Junior Mance, etc that I enjoyed seeing often back in the 60's when I lived in NYC.
